Booking Instructions :

• Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS.
• Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favour of "Mango Holidays India Pvt Ltd"
• Tax Collection at Source (TCS) at the rate of 5% (10% if PAN not furnished) will be levied under section 206C(1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act on outbound tour services. The TCS collected will be reflected in the 26AS of the passenger in whose name invoice is raised (Lead passenger) for claiming Income Tax credit, irrespective of the person from whom payment is received. Hence the name of the person on the invoice should be confirmed at the time of booking the tour package.
• In the event of cancellation of services and refund of amount, Tax collected at source under section 206C(1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 shall not be refunded. The non-refunded TCS will be reflected in the 26AS of the passenger in whose name invoice is raised for claiming Income Tax credit.

Notes :

• Rates may change with a prior notice if there is a significant currency fluctuation, fuel hikes or if any government tax regulations are changed new levies shall be payable extra and shall be billed accordingly with reasonable prior notice.
• Rooms will be available & if in case the said hotels are fully booked due to any reason, similar hotels will be provided in the same vicinity or nearest location.
• Standard check - in & check - out times are 1400 Hrs - 1200 Hrs (this may subject change based on selected properties)
• We do not provide the vehicle for any nightlife activities unless mentioned prior, which will be on a chargeable basis.
• Optional excursions and additional services could be provided for which we will charge additionally. Visits to wildlife parks will be at the client’s own risk. Safari vehicles (none air-conditioned) available are very basic with basic insurance cover (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles used for tours).
• Train ride in the hill country is frequently hailed as the most scenic train ride in all of Asia by the travellers. Therefore, we have included it as a part of your itinerary. But as your travel partner it is our responsibility to explain the ground reality to avoid expectation drops/ complaints. Since it is public transport kindly be aware of sudden cancelations or delays occurred which are beyond our control. Further the train booking system is as traditional as our train system. Hence although our staff are vigilant and try their best to secure bookings, we cannot guarantee the exact seats on the exact category as it may change due to unforeseen circumstances. As the train system is fully public, you will travel together mostly with locals and some foreign travellers. You may or may not be seated together with your own group as the seat allocations may change depending on the seat availability & category you book.
