Number of Guests travelling in a group tour varies as per the destination. Average size of the group for an international tour is 40 to 48 people.

Yes that is possible. Our sales staff will give you information regarding the same.

Yes you can extend their stay by informing the sales staff at the time of booking or at least one month prior to the tour / before the journey tickets are issued. Additional charges for the changes will be applicable and these have to be borne by you over and above the tour price. Once the tour departs, no changes can be made.



BOOKING

You can book your tour as per your convenience ensuring that you have enough time to apply for the required Visas. However, the earlier you book, the better. Booking early (2 months or more before the departure date) is recommended so that there is adequate time for Visa processing.

  • Booking form.
  • Passport valid for minimum 6 months from the date of arrival at the destination (of all the guests who are travelling). For Malaysian visa, the passport must be valid for 9 months from the date of arrival at the destination.
  • Booking amount / Full payment depending on the time of booking.

Note: Passport / document requirements may differ for certain Embassies/Consulates and are subject to change.

After you book our tour, our visa officer will guide you about the applicable visa formalities. You are requested to submit the required documents within the time frame given by our visa officer. Some consulates may call you for a personal interview.

Kindly intimate the booking person in advance for any amendment in tour program so that the necessary arrangements can be made. Depending on the amendments needed, additional charges would be applicable.

In case you need to cancel the tour, you will need to inform us in writing. The cancellation charges are follows:

  • More than 45 days prior to the tour departure date – Booking Amount.
  • 44 – 31 days prior to the tour departure date – 50% of the total cost.
  • 30 – 16 days prior to the tour departure date – 75% of the total cost.
  • 15 – 0 days prior to the tour departure date – 100% cancellation will apply.
  • Visa Fee & Service charges are non refundable.
  • No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.


AFTER BOOKING

You will be given pre-departure information about 1 week prior to the departure date of your tour.

If the tour is cancelled on medical grounds, if supporting medical reports are given, then Insurance company at it’s own discretion may consider the refund (Subject to Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions of Mango Holidays India Pvt. Ltd.)

Leave Travel Certificate can be issued only if you inform us about the same at the time of booking the tour. Such requests cannot be processed if intimated later.

You can modify your travel plans by informing the sales staff about it. Additional charges are applicable for cancelling the old booking and making the new arrangements & these charges will be borne by you.



WHILE TRAVELLING

Most of our group tours have a medium to fast pace, as we need to cover maximum sightseeing places in limited time/days.

Generally, you are required to walk while at sightseeing places, airports and parks. Tour manager will instruct you from time to time.

On our group tours, we provide Indian food for lunch and dinner because we understand that gratifying your taste buds is also a way to win your heart. With Mango Holidays we promise delicious, hygienic & healthy food keeping international quality standards in mind.

Our tour leaders who accompany you on group tours are veterans!! They are fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi. They treat our customers like friends, showing visitors both the major highlights and the local treasures. They are knowledgeable, well-informed and well-travelled individuals who know just how to make your holiday informative, enthralling and entertaining!!

A journey is often judged by the quality of its travel and we assure you a lovely experience. Our coaches are safe and supremely comfortable. These coaches are air conditioned and equipped with a TV, CD & DVD player, reclining chairs, arm rests for your comfort and seat belts for your safety. Our drivers are friendly, well qualified, trained and very well versed with the roads of Europe.

As our Tour managers are required to manage the entire group it may not be possible to provide focused attention and care to disabled or senior citizens. Hence, we suggest that such Guests travel with a qualified companion who can take care of him/her throughout the tour.

Yes you can carry your own wheelchair and move along with the group to the sightseeing locations. But in such cases you must be accompanied by a qualified companion who can move the wheelchair around.

We usually follow 6-7-8 schedule for International Tours ie. Wake up call at 6 am, breakfast at 7 am and departure at 8 am. However, the schedule may change depending on the situation and the Tour manager will instruct the Guests accordingly.

Usually, in group tours, the entire day is spent in visiting the sightseeing places. At some places you may have some time at leisure or for shopping. However for most of the days you will get some time on your own only when you return to the hotel.

Yes, you can use your internationally accepted credit cards for shopping and personal expenses. However, you are requested to check with the bank before making such transactions. We are not responsible in case of any damage, fraud, loss etc. which may occur due to such transactions.

You can purchase an international sim card and use it to keep in touch with your loved ones. Alternately you can also purchase local sim card or calling cards. You will need to carry your own internationally compatible mobile handsets on tour. However, we are not responsible for charges levied by the international / local authorities.

We advise you to carry all your medicines in sufficient quantities while on tour. Medicines can be made available while on tour but doctor’s prescription is compulsory.

You can request for a seat of your choice at the airport check-in counter. Giving the preferred seat is solely at the discretion of the airline and we cannot influence the seating arrangements in the flight.

Airlines do provide wheelchair facility but since it is limited, it is subject to availability. If you require this facility, kindly inform about any such service at the time of booking itself. Some airlines may levy additional charges, which need to be borne by you.

Yes, you can upgrade class of travel or airline subject to availability and on payment of an additional cost. If you wish to do so, please inform the sales executive at the time of booking.

Yes, for all group tours you have the choice of joining the group directly at the first destination and leaving at the last destination. You will get reduction for the airfare from your tour cost.

For group tours airlines prefer check-in at the airport counter only. Hence web check in or telephonic check in for group tickets are generally not possible.

At present, most airlines allow 20-25 kg in Cargo and 5-6 kg as Cabin baggage on each ticket but this varies from airline to airline. For Guest traveling to US, baggage is governed by the Piece Concept. As per the piece concept, passengers are allowed to carry two bags of up to 20 kg on each ticket of economy class. However for internal flights there is no free baggage. 1 check-in baggage cost is paid by Mango Holidays but the expenses of the second check in baggage must be borne by you. Also due to security reasons during internal flight the bags cannot be locked and there will be timely instructions from the Tour managers in this regard. Hand baggage of 5 kg is allowed for both international and internal flights.



HOTELS

We provide minimum 3 star category hotels.

Hotels are fixed as per availability and are generally located within city limits.

Yes, you can travel on any of our group tours. You can book a single room or you can share your room with another single traveler, if both travelers agree to the same.

Twin sharing means two adults sharing one room with two separate beds.

Triple room is allotted when 3 adults share one room together. The size of the room is same as that of a twin room and the third bed is often a rollaway mattress.

4 Guests are not allowed in one hotel room.

Yes, most hotels provide porter service. However, internationally, porterage is very expensive. Hence we recommend you to carry stroller bags with wheels that can be handled with ease and convenience. Porter services if required can be availed by you at additional charge, payable at actual.

We advise you not to carry any valuables while on tour. However, if you must do so, in many hotels, they provide safe deposit lockers. You are required to take care of the locker keys or remember the password of the locker system. Please note that if the key is misplaced or password is forgotten, a fine is levied. We are not responsible for loss of any valuables from the hotel / locker / while travelling.
