Inclusions

• Accommodation in rooms as per itinerary
• Meals as per itinerary|Inter island transfer
• All entry tickets, ferry tickets, boat tickets of sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary.

Exclusions

• Taxes as applicable
• Return Air fare/train ticket fare
• Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation, transfers etc.
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
• Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
• Any upgrade in the room category or airline class.
• Arrival and Departure PCR – COVID test if required by the airline or Government bodies
• Rates not applicable between 15th Dec to 20th Jan

Booking Instructions

• Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favour of "Mango Holidays India Pvt Ltd"

Notes

• In case any sightseeing is not done due to weekly closure, an alternative sightseeing will be done for the same’.
• Please note that all rooms are based on standard category
• All accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and the ‘next best’ alternative will be provided if your first choice is not available. Supplements may apply if the level required is not available
• We reserve the right to amend/increase the cost should there be an increase in fares, taxes, fuel surcharges, security taxes or any other unforeseen circumstances
•  Tour cost is not valid during Christmas and New Year period.

• There must be minimum 2 adults traveling together at all times
• Early check-in & late checkout would be subject to availability
• For guaranteed early check in / late check out, additional 1-night cost will be applicable

• Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions & special events. A surcharge will be levied
• Super peak period / Conference/ Holiday season surcharges would apply

• Clear 45 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the tour - Booking Amount
• Clear 44 to 30 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour - 70% of the tour price
• Clear 44 to 30 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour - 70% of the tour price
• Clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour - 80% of the tour price
• Less than 15 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour - 100% of the tour price
• No show on tour - 100% of the tour price
